Tender Validity extension for Provision of Audit services in Save the Children’s Somalia Office.

Save the Children International now invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the Provision of Audit services in Save the Children’s Somalia Office.

Amendment to Tender Timelines/ coordination

1. Tender Validity period: extended until 29th December-2023
2. Revised Evaluation Timeline: 4th January-2024
3. Extended bid clarification: 25th December-2023
4. Communications to bidders that requested for tender forms/ packages- Emails will be tracked and necessary communication will be made on the any bidder that showed interest to clarify n the revised timeline.
5. Clarification if previously applied bidders need to resubmit bid again- No bid-resubmission is required, previous bid submitted shall remain valid.

How to apply

All eligible and interested service providers can request for the tender pack by emailing their request to Somalia.procurement@savethechildren.org quoting Tender ref. Ref No. SCI/SOM/CO/2023/003 in the email subject line starting from 19th December based on the tender validity extension to 29th December 2023. Additional information may be requested through the same email.

Completed bid documents in PDF format addressed to The Tender Committee Save the Children should be submitted via email to somalia.tenders@savethechildren.org quoting Tender ref. SCI/SOM/CO/2023/003 in the email subject line.

Bids can also be submitted online in accordance with guidance provided in the ITT Part 1, 6.2 Submission Format & Bidder Response Document

The deadline for submission of bids is 29th December 2023, at 5.00 PM, East Africa.        

NB: Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.

Late bids shall be rejected, and no liability will be accepted for loss/protected files, late delivery, or non-delivery, whatsoever.
