§   Maintains quality standards by cleaning patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical spaces, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, and hallways in a clean, neat, and sanitary manner on a regular basis.

§   Uses and maintains equipment correctly and the right chemicals and supplies in accordance with protocol.

§   As needed, reports safety hazards.

§   Transports rubbish and hazardous material to the proper disposal location.

§   Ensure replenishment of supplies.

§   Follows all infection control procedures, such as hand washing, standard precautions, and isolation measures.
