Expression of Interest Announcement – Auditing, and/or Monitoring and/or Final Evaluation areas

Request of Expression of Interest to be part of a shortlist of organizations and/or companies for potential future tender process of Towards Peace and Stability Somalia Fund (TPSS) under the office of the Prime Minister, Somalia

The Towards Peace and Stability (TPSS) Fund under the Office of the Prime Minister, Somalia intends to create a shortlist of organizations and/or companies which could be part of the possible tender for the for the acquisition of Auditing, Monitoring and Final Evaluation Services of TPSS projects in Somalia.

The TPM service provider is to monitor the compliance implementation and effectiveness by the PMU and other TPSS implementers, enhance auditing, monitoring and evaluation procedures, and develop more efficient and effective project implementation. The selected TPM firm will also conduct audit services to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and provide an opinion on their alignment with applicable financial reporting frameworks.

TPSS invites organizations and/or companies to express their interest. The purpose of this proposed Expression of Interest is to conduct a market survey and invite all the existing organizations and/or companies to submit their candidature to us for a maximum validity period of three years. This request of Expression of Interest will not include ranking, scoring or other classifications of merits.

Please note that the invitation is open to the organizations and/or companies specialized:

• In the Auditing sector only.
• in the Monitoring sector only.
• in the Final Evaluation sector only.
• in all the three areas mentioned above and/or two of them only.

You can use the Annex 2 attached to this announcement for detail your level of specialization in the declared fields/areas.

The interested candidate shall submit the following documents:

• Registration letter
• VAT Registration and/or Fiscal Code Registration (for non-Somali natural or legal person)
• TAX Compliance Certificate (for Somali natural or legal person)
• Filled Annex_1 Application form.
• Filled Annex_2 Declaration on Honor on exclusion criteria.
• Valid ID card of a Company Legal Representative.
