Job description

Overview of position | Hart is a sister company to CTG, and is part of the RW Chelsea Group.
Hart is one of the lead risk management companies, and has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Country Manager in Somalia. The Country Manager will be responsible for the overall management of all Mobile and Static contracts, key site supervisors, staffing, hours worked, client interface, identifying future business opportunities, and addressing internal issues before they can impact the client while keeping the CEO fully informed. |

Further information |
Essential: 3-5 years’ experience gained in a senior country management role within an austere environment such as Iraq/Afghanistan/Somalia. At least 10 years Military experience, experienced Operations Officer. Fluent English. Excellent management skills. |
