Summary of the Position:

The sales and marketing manager will be responsible of all sales and client engagement activities for the Company.

Duties of the Sales and Marketing Manager

• Day to day achievement of the required sales they are on track for achieving KPI’s.
• Excellent team work in coordinating with the Sales & Marketing department.
• Working with marketing executives on approaches to building business.
• Capable of update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Conducting sales activities and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Researching potential target industries and customers.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Putting together a content marketing strategy for the company.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing management related field
• Marketing certifications like CMMP, PCM or others.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales in a corporate setting.
• Relevant industry experience ideally.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
• Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity.
• Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
