Duties and Responsibilities |

Scope of Work – The contractor is expected to review the current SOC arrangements by taking stock of the current organization and briefing the Principal Security Adviser (PSA). After the brief, the contractor will create a SOC work plan as determined in section D of this document. Once approved by the PSA, the contractor will implement the plan, write SOPs and train SOC personnel. In addition, emergency response plans are to be prepared for different scenarios addressed in the work plan. The contractor should be prepared in assisting Humanitarian Agencies when required and at the direction of the PSA.
In Summary, the Contractor is to: 1. Rreview the current SIOC 2. Create a SOC work plan 3. Train SOC personnel 4. Write SOPs for the SOC 5. Prepare response Plans 6. Assist Humanitarian agencies when required for access. . The Contractor will work from the SIOC/SOC where the SOC personnel will be located.
In order to assist the Contractor, the Contractor will be provided the Security documents such as the Security Risk Management Policy (SRM), Security Plan and current SOPs.
