Dear Sir / Madam:

National Commission for Refugees & IDPs (NCRI) is seeking quotation(s) for the procurement of Sewing Machine Complete Set with Accessories and other supplies as described in the Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

How to apply

Quotations may be submitted on or before 3:30 PM (EAT standard time), November 30, 2022, by email to tendr@ncri.gov.so with the subject line “Quotation for Consultancy Services (ref: NCRI/RFQ/010/2022) – {Bidder’s Name}”

Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 25 MB (each transmission), virus-free and no more than 5 email transmissions. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by NCRI after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
