How to apply

We would appreciate receiving your quotation on or before 21st November 2022, EAT 16:00 Hrs, by e-mail to sommosup@unhcr.org in PDF format.

UNHCR reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your bid or allow split or partial awards on this project.

Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of [20] Mb, so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.

Your quotation must be valid at least for [30] days. The standard payment terms of UNHCR is within 30 days from delivery of invoices, upon satisfactory delivery of goods/services and accepted thereof by UNHCR.

You must clearly indicate in your quotation if you accepted (ANNEX A) the UNHCR’s General Conditions of Contracts for the Provision of Goods and/or Services-2010 and (Annex B) the UN Supplier code of conduct.

Kindly fill the attached (Annex C) vendor registration form if your company is not registered in UNHCR database.
