Supply of VET Drugs in Beledweyn, Bulo-Burte and Jowhar.

Central regions Livestock Professional Association (CERELPA) is a registered non-government, non-political and non-profit organization that was formed in March 2002 in Jowhar by livestock professionals to deliver support services and assistance to pastoral and agro pastoral communities and their livestock in Central regions of Somalia.

CERELPA invites bids for the provision of the following supplies:

The Tender Documents with RFQ specifications are available for collection from CERELPA Office in Beledweyn, note that for Beledweyn office tender can be collected and dropped in Beledweyn office.

Requirements for Tender Documents

Tender envelop should be sealed with reference number and stamped.
Potential suppliers to submit both technical and financial proposal in a sealed envelope with tender reference number and stamped.
Valid Registration from Ministry of Commerce/Hirshabelle state.
Most recent Bank statements (printed in last 6 months) with transaction details and showing latest balances.
Quotation showing the price and stamped with the company seal
Evidence showing past Experience/relevant experience on similar work, please attached relevant past contract from other partners/organizations.

How to apply

All interested and eligible Contractors/suppliers with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are hereby invited to collect tender documents from CERELPA Office in Beledweyn and return to the same.

The deadline for submitting bids is 7/2/2023at 5:00 pm and any tender or documents received later than 7/2/2023 at 5:00 pm will not be accepted. The sealed envelopes should be dropped at the Tender Box in Beledweyn office .
