SUBJECT: INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFIED LIST OF SUPPLIERS FOR 2023/2024

1. About ANPPCAN SOMALILAND (former ANPPCAN-SOM)

ANPPCAN SOMALILAND is a Pan-African Child Rights Organization. ANPPCAN Somaliland was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Hargeisa, Somaliland.  We are humanitarian and development organization that promotes children’s rights and gender equality for girls and boys. We strive for a just society by working with children, youth, supporters, and partners

ANPPCAN SOMALILAND is affiliated with ANPPCAN, a Pan-African child rights organization with headquarter in Nairobi, Kenya.

ANPPCAN SOMALILAND intend to establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers to carry out its work in an efficient and effective manner in order to promote supplier partnership and to improve on the quality of products and services whilst achieving the most competitive prices.

ANPPCAN SOMALILAND invites applications for pre-qualification from interested, competent companies and individuals to tender for the supply of goods and services in the under listed categories below for the year 2023/2024.

1. ANPPCAN-SOM/TD/2023/01: Invitation to Tender for Provision of hospitality services (Training, Workshop, Conference, Accommodation and Catering service
2. ANPPCAN-SOM/TD/2023/02: Invitation to Tender for Provision of Transport Rental Services (Cargo trucks, vehicle rental 4X4 land cruisers and taxi services)
3. ANPPCAN-SOM/TD/2023/03: Invitation to Tender for Provision of Carpentry Workshops (Office Furniture, Tables and Chairs)
4. ANPPCAN-SOM/TD/2023/04: Invitation to Tender for Provision of General Store (Detergents, Soap, Toiletries Cleaning Materials and Equipment, register books, referral forms (booklets), mats, hand washing facilities and bar soap)
5. ANPPCAN-SOM/TD/2023/05: Invitation to Tender for Provision of General Store (Food stuffs, Refreshments and Drinking Water)

14. ANPPCAN-SOM/TD/2023/14: Invitation to Tender for Provision of Maintenance of Computers, Printers & and IT related-Equipment
15. ANPPCAN-SOM/TD/2023/15: Invitation to Tender for Provision of Supply of Medical equipment and materials (hospital beds, nurse uniforms, sanitary items, register books, referral forms, mats, counselling cards, hand washing facilities, bar soap and other related materials.

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

1. The applicants shall prepare one document comprising the prequalification document clearly marked with the category.
2. The prequalification document shall be typed or written in indelible ink (in the case of copies, photocopies are acceptable) and shall be signed by a person or persons duly authorized to sign on behalf of the applicant.

• The prequalification document shall be without alterations, omissions or conditions except as necessary to correct errors made by the applicant, in which case such corrections shall be initiated by person or persons signing the prequalification.

1. Late submission of documents will not be accepted. Canvassing for tenders by bidders/applicants or by proxy shall lead to automatic disqualification.
2. The applicants are required to submit pre-qualification request per tender category in separate envelopes if the applicant is interested in more than one category.
3. Multiple applications sealed in one envelope will be disqualified from further review

• Each application envelope must be clearly marked with the tender category reference code number the supplier is applying for prequalification.
• Any prequalification document received after the deadline will be disqualified.

1. Applications received after the closing date shall be rejected.
2. Provide all the mandatory requirements to qualify for detailed Technical Evaluation
3. Giving false information constitutes a serious offence and is basis for disqualification

We believe in a country where children face so many threats of harm, it is our duty to ensure that we do everything we can to keep children safe. In the light of this, a range of pre-employment checks will be undertaken in conformity with ANPPCANSOM’s Adult and Child Safeguarding Policy. We will request information from applicants’ previous employers about any findings of sexual exploitation, sexual abuse and/or sexual harassment during employment, or incidents under investigation when the applicant left employment. All employees are expected to carry out their duties in accordance with our Adult and Child Safeguarding Policy and the Code of Conduct By submitting an application, the job applicant confirms their understanding of these recruitment procedures.
