SUPPLIER PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 2023-2024

The Somali Red Crescent Society SRCS, invites applicants from interested firms (including current suppliers) for a pre-qualification for the supply of goods and services to the organization for the year 2023-2024 as follows:

Eligibility / Legal Documents

Company Profile
Company registration certificate
Copies of minimum three singed previous contracts /Purchase Orders/Recommendation Letters
Contact Information of the business manager/owner

How to apply

Application Instructions

The interested and qualified companies shall prepare the company eligibility documents, Sign and Stump each.
The Eligibility documents will be put in sealed envelope labeled with the CATEGORY DISCRIPTION and CATEGORY REFRENCE of the service you are applying for as written in the above table.
The applicant will bring hard copy of the documents to the SRCS Office.
The applicant will sign the receipt form
Applications must be received on or before 25th March, 2023
