Pre-qualifications Of Contractors For The Installation Of Solar Streetlights, Under Rapid Nationwide Stabilization Following Community Militias Uprising Project Funded By The European Union – Teedan

NIS is looking for qualified contractors to undertake the installation of solar streetlights in Teedaan Village.

All interested contractors/suppliers are requested to submit their applications together with below listed support documentations and other requirements for consideration.

1. Licences/Registrations: The    company    should     submit    the     following    valid registrations/           Licenses.

• Valid registration or operating license permits from the Ministries of public works, Reconstruction & Housing at Federal Government of Somalia and at State level – Hirshabelle State.

Tax compliance certificate: Submit evidence of State tax compliance.

Failure to submit all above license will lead automatic disqualification.

1. Experience: The company should fill in the below table for previous 3 main relevant/similar contracts on construction/rehabilitation works and installation of solar lights that the company implemented with Government institutions, INGO’s and UN agencies and attach them as a proof of the 3 contracts/projects.

1. Human and material resources: Possess necessary resources, human and material, and ability to mobilize such a resource at short notice to undertake project works (Please attach CVs of all relevant personnel i.e., engineers and list of all readily available equipment owned or rented by the company).
2. Company Finances: presents a dully signed statement confirming that the company is financially in good position able to pre-finance project work as this is necessary.
