b) Provide a certified copy of tax registration, tax clearance certificates or similar documents (Companies/Organization);
c) Provide information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company /Owner) (Companies/Organization);

*Successful bidder will be required to sign supplier code of conduct (To be provided by World Vision upon successful award)
