Job Description

 The General Manager,or GM, Creates and Communicates the organization’s vision and mission and leads strategy development, implementation, and revision. The GM also over sees development and implementation of the Company’s strategic plan, helping formulate strategic objectives. To that end, the GM must maintain an awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth.

The GM reports directly to the Board of Directors and leads a group of top executives, or “top management,” including but not limited to the chief financial officer, chief operations officer, chief technology officer, and soon.

• Plan,develop,implement,anddirecttheorganization’soperationalandfiscal

function and performance.

• Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs.

• Analyze and make recommendation on the impact of long range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.
• Developcredibilityandauthorityforthefinanceleadershipteambyprovidingaccurate analysis of budgets, reports and financial trends and operationalproceduresinordertoassisttheBODandseniorexecutiveteam.
• Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the company that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the
• Communicateeffectivelyandestablishcredibilitythroughoutthecompanyandwiththe Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business
• Provide expert financial guidance and advice to others with in executive
• Improve the planning and budgeting process on a continual basis by educating
• Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the company; specifically relating to the evaluation of potential mergers,
• Act as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations, or business deals that the corporation may enter into.
• Evaluate company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating
• Mentor and interact with member sof staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of the company

1.      Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a relevant discipline or MBA.
• Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow management, and
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal work load effectively, and

• Business strategy analysis & planning.

• Creative and innovative
• Assertiveness and ability to take initiative
• Enthusiastic, action-oriented, strong sense of accountability.
• Strong strategic mindset with proven analytical and quantitative modeling
• Ability to use analytical software’s such as Ms. Office, Excel & Spreadsheets, MsWord, Google Analytics and soon.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal
• Ability to handle multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work
