Islamic Relief Somalia is an International humanitarian organization that has been working in Somalia since 2006. We are committed to achieving our core vision of caring for the people in all countries where we work. Our goal is to provide vulnerable communities in Somalia with access to basic needs including Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Education, Basic Health services and Livelihood Support.

Islamic Relief Somalia  invites bids for the provision of  the following services:

2	Procurement of emergency food packs, Distribution, packages with IR logo, venue/site of distribution and security at Bardere IDPs, Bardeere District of Gedo region	Lumpsum	400 HHs	Bardhere

The Tender RFQ with specifications are available for collection from Islamic Relief  Somalia Office in Mogadishu and Baidoa, note that for Baidoa office tender can be collected and deposited in both Mogadishu and Baidoa offices.

Requirements for Tender Documents

• Tender envelop should be sealed with reference number and stamped.
• Potential suppliers to submit both technical and financial proposal in a separate sealed envelope with tender reference number and stamped.
• Company Profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address and offices
• Most recent Bank statements (printed in last 6 months). With full details of funds transfers and showing latest balances
• Valid Registration from Federal Government-Ministry of Commerce/South west state/Jubaland state.
• Valid Registration from Baidoa and Bardere district.
• Valid Commercial License
• Tax compliance certificate (Southwest and Jubaland).
• Quotation showing the price and stamped with the company seal
• Evidence showing past Experience/relevant experience on food procurements, please attached relevant past contract from other partners/organizations.

All interested and eligible Contractors/suppliers with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are here by invited to collect tender documents from Islamic Relief country Office in Mogadishu and Baidoa and return to the same.

The deadline for submitting bids is 07/02/2022 at 5:00 pm and any tender or documents received later than 07/02/2022 at 5:00 pm will not be accepted. The sealed envelopes should be dropped at the Tender Box in either Mogadishu or Baidoa.

Note: Tender for Bardhere will be collected, delivered/dropped only at the tender box in Mogadishu office while Tender for Baidoa can be collected and dropped in both Mogadishu and Baidoa.
