The Southwest State of Somalia (SWS) has set aside funds to be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued. The project aims to Procurement of printers for ministry of Education Southwest State of Somalia  in order to serve the people of South West State and enhance Education service delivery.

Southwest State of Somalia requires Procurement of printers for Southwest State of Somalia (SWS). Bidding will be in accordance with the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the FMS Public Procurement Policy & Procedure Manual under the section for ‘Procurement of Works’. All interested Bidders can obtain the Invitation for Quotation by sending a request email to: procurement@mofswss.so with a copy to: DG@mofswss.so. All the details for submitting a Quotation, including Specifications, are detailed in the Invitation for Quotation document that will be forwarded upon request. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on the same date and time as per the bid submission.

Quotation submission should make reference to IFQ Reference Number and the procurement name and must be received no later than 17 April, 2022, by 10:00am East Africa Time to the following email address: procurement@mofswss.so
