Responsible for helping gender-based violence survivors and doing case management of survivors who require medical care, and mobilising and sensitising the community on the impact of sexual and gender-based violence and of services available to them. |

| 8. Specific duties & responsibilities | Job Responsibilities
§ Provide case management of GBV survivors appropriately according to national protocol and guideline § Coordinate screening, identification counselling, treatment and referral linkage § Ensure community engagement in prevention and discrimination subjected to gender-based violence § Conduct GBV prevention, mitigation mainstreaming, & advocacy sessions with the communities, including the Governmental department, civil societies, and entities working in the GBV section. § Provide Psychological First Aid (PFA) and psycho-social support to beneficiaries. § Conduct Gender awareness sessions at the community level for target communities. § Support effective implementation of GBV SOPs and adapt them to the local context where required and support the development of local-level GBV SOP where required. § Compile GBV data into the relevant information management system § On request, perform any additional duties or instruction given by the Clinical officer |
