Job Responsibilities

 Admissions:

§   Receive incoming consignment and cross-check deliveries with an order placed, record items received and restock shelves per SOLO procedure.

§   Conduct regular physical checks and count on stock accuracy and safety, reporting back to the supervisor.

§   Document and immediately report stock damage, theft/loss, expiry, contamination related incidents.

§   Organize records and facilities of the warehouse per SOLO standards.

§   Process supplies orders, ensure they are checked, and dispatch at the appropriate time when approved stock release is submitted.

§   Reconcile dispatch waybill with commodity distribution list on each site.

§   Initiate requisition of health and nutrition commodities together with the supervisor.

§   Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of stocks, files, warehouse accessory tools, and equipment safety.

§   Develop and submit regular warehouse and inventory reports to the line manager

§   Coordinate with the line manager in preventing pipeline breakage, fraud, supplies misuse/wastage, and supply leakage at various supply chain interfaces.

§   Ensure adequate materials for distribution are available at fixed and outreach sites.

§   On request, perform any additional duties or instruction given by the health and nutrition logistic.
