Somtel Puntland, licensed under the Ministry of Telecom of Puntland, is one of the biggest telecommunication companies and the number one Internet service provider in Puntland. Somtel Puntland provides a wide array of integrated telecommunication services, including voice packages, Mobile data, Broadband Internet connectivity and an edge mobile banking services with international money transfer facilities. The company offers a range of prepaid and postpaid voice plans and international roaming services.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Ensure that branch program is implemented in close consultations with Regional Manager and other Somtel business actors.
2. Prepare sales and marketing campaigns with consultations of regional Sales and marketing representatives
3. Check up daily sales report at branch level every day and ensure if daily targets were reached.
4. Be responsible all assets of the company at branch level.
5. Report when necessary branch employees not performing to the benefit of Somtel sales and marketing goals at branch level.
6. Lead branch business developments, marketing and sales teams in meeting the aims of branch and other overall business strategies
7. Control staff attendances at the workplace at branch level and report to regional HR Officer.
8. Evaluate and monitor site securities at branch level and report if you feel a risk immediately to regional manager.
9. To represent Somtel at public functions are required, attend at opening ceremonies, press launches, trade shows, public meetings and seminar events in consultations with regional manager and other Somtel business actors.
10. Establish good working relationship with sales representatives and sub-stations delivering the company services at branch and individual level.
11. Chair meetings, take meeting minutes, prepare and summit branch reports on time.
12. Be responsible cash in cash out in the branch and check every evening during the sales send the daily reports.
13. Coordinate all branch activities enquires, complains, demands and requests.
14. Check if sites are using fuel properly and advice security sites to clean the motor and other materials in the site.
15. Responsible all business operations at the branch.
16. Responsible any other tasks assigned by regional manager and any other Somtel business actors.

Qualifications:
Educations:
Degree in Business Management, Public administration or equivalent.
Experiences:
1. Minimum of 2 years experiences similar position.
2. Experiences of leading teams in implementing set goals
3. Experiences of customers relations and maintaining company profiles.
4. Experiences of representations.
