1. Duties and Responsibilities ( Chemistry and Physics Teachers)

• Designing, developing, and delivering quality lesson plans and curricula that adhere to national and school guidelines.
• Use and Organise Learning material and resources.
• Set standardized Examinations
• Evaluate children’s performance and progress.
• Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations of Sunshine First School.

1. Duties and Responsibilities ( School Academic Supervisor)

• Observe and evaluate staff performance.
• Promote the academic success programs along with the department managers.
• Provide feedback and coaching as needed by the teachers.
• Lead and oversee the academic staff job duties then ensure duties are being completed accurately and timely.
• Conduct regular meetings with the academic staff such as teachers and school managers.
• Provides measurable feedback to direct reports and coaching to improve performance.
• Evaluate ways to teach students their lessons and how to be improved..
