POSITION: CENTER ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST

DEPARTMENTADMINISTRATION

REPORTS TO: CENTER COORDINATOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate Center activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Meeting & greeting clients/customers in a warm, friendly manner.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance ( Drivers, Security Guards, Cleaners)
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Act as primary liaison between the company, staff, and beneficiaries, providing information, answering questions, and responding to request
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Job Specification
Academic

  • Diploma required, preferably in Business Management, secretarial studies, business administration or related field.

Experience

· 2 years in similar position

· Experience working in Conflict/Post Conflict Environments

· Excellent Writing Skills

· Fluent English and conversational Somali required

· Strong Networking skills

Work related skills

· Sensitive to information/GBV Issues

· Good organizational skills

· Good time management skills

· Strong communication skills, including ability to lead and manage remote

· Ability to work in harsh conditions

· Aggressive and Result Oriented

· Able to meet set own targets and meet own targets on a monthly basis and follow up targets of reporting colleagues
