Requirements***
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must
- Knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Outlook, excel) and telephone systems
- Problem Solving Capabilities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Able to work 8hrs a day / 5 days a week schedule
- Windows Laptop / Computer (no mac , no tablets)
