JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a creative, dedicated individual to join our Company especially content development team. The core responsibilities of the content developer include creating original contents; translating and rewriting the existing content or edit and proofread content from reliable sources. He/she would also be responsible for managing and developing unique ideas and stories. The content should be informative and engaging and should enable the customers to get their information promptly and efficiently.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create,develop and manage high quality
• Preparing and editing Global, Horn and Local News’s.
• Ensure content adheres to appropriate policy and legal requirements, and that necessary checks happen before
• Write headlines and summaries for daily
• Monitor the news daily to keep abreast of news events and issues that need to be covered and see that no pertinent news is mi
• Undertake any other occasional duties, which areconsistent with the responsibilities of the post as directed.
• Regularly check sensitive contents that can cause any harm to the organization and the
• Preparation & editing of the historical and cultural programs (BARO).
• Prepare weekly health article (CAAFI).
• Tracking and analyzing AQOONMAAL income
• Preparing & present Aqoonmaal weekly income

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor Degree in Communications, or related Social Science
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field

COMPETENCES

• Excellent communications and writing skills.
• Translation and interpretation (Both from English and Arabic to Somali).
