Sales and Marketing Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Correspond with prospects and answer any questions about the hotel’s venue options, rates, room types, venue packages, or promotions
2. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
3. Represent Hotels in various events and exhibitions.
4. Conducts and participates in daily sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new clients.
5. Able to provide quick and timely responses, and immediate communication, and develop professional long-term business relationships.
6. Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
7. Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients.
8. Design and oversee all aspects of hotel digital, and display advertising campaigns.
9. Plan and manage our social media platforms.
10. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
11. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
12. Administering check-ins and check-outs.
13. Providing front desk services to guests.
14. Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
15. Transporting clients from airports to hotels and vice versa.
16. Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
