About this role
This role is responsible for crafting the digital strategy for the organization and executing it across all brand and advertising campaigns. The role owns and manages all the digital assets for the organization. As a key component of all communication, it follows up on the digital planning, implementation and performance monitoring. It also plays an advisory role for the GTM planning
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, Manage and Deliver digital advertising and brand campaigns for the different products and services together with the relevant teams.
- Partner management for both internal and external stakeholders (Digital media agencies).
- Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
- Craft digital marketing templates that make it easy to translate business needs into comprehensive digital marketing plans
- Develop a framework for message management across the digital assets that will advise the number of marketing campaigns and prioritization to be run by the organization in the set financial period.
- Develop and execute strategies to capture maximum value from all digital spend.
- Ensure hands on management of digital campaigns
- Part of the GTM (Go to market) planning.
- Drive the Digital Transformation agenda and design thinking across the digital teams.
- Plans and executes all web, SEO, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Analyze data from Social media , website, application and email campaign metrics, and reporting.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.
- Reaching social media targets (engagement, followers)
- Increase brand awareness through social media platforms.
- Inbound marketing(attracting visitors towards website and Application to turn them into sales)
- Application marketing.
Experience / Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor?s Degree in a Business or Commercial discipline from a recognized university
- Experience of 5 years in a busy marketing and brand management function preferably in the telco, FMCG or financial industries
- Experience in the use of business analytics, performance reporting and research to drive data driven decision making within the marketing function
- Understanding of GSM products and customer segments
