In partnership with UNICEF, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Higher Education of Galmudug State is implementing the Joint Resilience Program (JRP) to strengthen resilience and improve access to quality learning. Interventions include rehabilitation and construction of schools, teacher support, provision of TLMs, and solarization to ensure safe, inclusive, and sustainable access to education.

MOECHE has set aside funds provided by UNICEF under JRP for this Tender. Contractors are advised to conduct site visits before completing the BOQs. Eligible and interested suppliers can download the Tender pack using the link above.

• Bid application should be submitted via this portal (Application tab).
• Note – This is a sealed tender portal box that will remain unopened until the tender closes.
• The subject of any clarification email should include the rehabilitation work and ITT number.
• Supplier Response – ‘Supplier Name’.
• All attachments should be clearly labelled.
• Attachments uploaded in the Portal should not exceed 15MB each — if larger, split into multiple documents as applicable.
