| ROLE PURPOSE:
The purpose of this role is to provide primary health care to the community in the emergency project in the Somali region, focusing on promoting safe motherhood and child health as per the guideline of Somali RHB mobile health and Nutrition teams. In addition provide six packages of MHTN in implementing activities where there are no health facilities focusing maternal health, EPI, under five consultation and referral.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure IMAM guidelines are in place and are adhered to
- Register each new <5 admissions, PLW and other vulnerable groups in the registration book and filling out an individual ration card for such admissions
- Register all <5, PLW absentees at the end of each distribution
- Make a list of all <5 absentees and defaulters, share it with the project staff and Woreda health Office
