Dear Supplier,

The Ministry of Internal Security (MoIS), in collaboration with the Somali Police Force (SPF) under the Joint Police Programme Phase II (JPP II), hereby invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the procurement and delivery of office furniture, ICT equipment, and related office items for four district police stations in Mogadishu, aligned with LoA Activity No. 3.2.3.1.

The beneficiary police stations are:

• Wadajir District Police Station

• Dharkenley District Police Station

• Kaxda District Police Station

• Dayniile District Police Station

This procurement aims to modernize administrative systems, strengthen operational efficiency, and enhance service delivery across the four targeted police stations.

Bidders are requested to include the following documents in their submission:

• Fully completed, signed, and stamped Quotation forms

• Latest and valid Business Registration Certificate

• Tax Compliance Certificate (if applicable)

Delivery Terms: All items must be delivered on-site, in good condition and ready for use.

Installation (if applicable): Supplier to ensure proper placement and basic setup of furniture and ICT equipment at each station.

Quotation Deadline: 8 December 2025 at 4:00 PM EAT

• All quotations must be in USD and net of VAT.

• Quotes should be clear, legible, and state full specifications.

• Delivery timelines must be clearly indicated.
