1. Background

GRRN is a national NGO operating in Somalia making a difference in the lives of vulnerable persons. The organization has zero tolerance against sexual exploitation and abuse and hence the contract of any personnel who violates this policy will be terminated.

2. About the Project

With funding from SHF, GRRN is implementing a WASH project in Burhakaba district in Bay region. GRRN is looking for offers from reputable, well-established, and experienced Suppliers to participate.

Interested and eligible suppliers/contractors with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are encouraged to submit their tenders to the GRRN office any time between Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM before the submission deadline. 

• GRRNBFY26-5052: Rehabilitation of 8 Shallow wells with hand pump in Burhakaba.
• GRRNBFY26-5053: Construction of 2 Berkad of 60m³ in Burhakaba district.
• GRRNBFY26-5054: Purchase of 2,000 Hygiene Kits.

 Requirements for tender Documents

• Bid must be properly completed, signed and stamped
• Valid Business registration certificate from the Southwest State of Somalia.
• Company profile
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate from the Ministry of Finance – Southwest State of Somalia.
• 1 Past relevant contract/completion of work or Purchase order (the higher the amount of Contract or Purchase order, the more points awarded)
• Work plan or Lead time.
• Bank statement for the last Six months

5. Terms and Conditions:

• All bids must be offered in US Dollars (USD) only.
• GRRN reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part, without providing reasons.
• Corruption or giving false information will lead to automatic disqualification.

• Any bid submitted after the specified deadline will be automatically disqualified and not considered.

6. How to apply

• Interested Suppliers are requested to visit our office located at Baidoa District, Horseed main road around Masjid Al-TOWBA to obtain the hard copy of the tender documents      

7. Submission Guidelines:

• Flexibility: Suppliers are eligible to bid for a single Bid or multiple Bids listed above.
• Packaging: Each completed tender Document must be submitted in its own separate sealed envelope. Please do not combine different Tender Documents into one envelope.
• Labeling: Clearly write the specific Tender Reference Number on the outside of each envelope.
• Submission Location: Deliver your Sealed tender documents to our tender box located at GRRN HQ’s office in Baidoa district.

Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification

All tender bids received after the close of day on 26^th February 2026 will not be considered.
