Shall report to: Operations Manager/ Capacity Development Advisor

General responsibilities:

·         Responsible to ensure that the field teams deliver/process reports in a timely manner.·         Ensure that the Operations Manager receives the reports for final approval on time.

·         Regularly audit the quality to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the filed activity reports.

·         Perform systematic data quality assessment to ensure the integrity and reliability of the information.

·         Train NPA field staff to improve data accuracy, data collection, and reporting process.

·         Maintain regular communication and coordination with NPA filed staff to ensure smooth information exchange.

·         Perform data analysis using different tools to identify data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

·         Perform spatial data quality checks by using GIS tools.

·         Responsible for the provision of required maps.

·         Support the Operation Manager with monthly reporting

·         Support the Operation Manager in preparing task dossiers for field teams.

·         Support the Operation Manager in monitoring/implementing the yearly Operational planner.

·         Administer a daily logbook tracking field teams’ movements and daily work procedures.

·         Receive PRs from the teams and uploads the reports on Microsoft share point for Operation Manager approval. Once approved, the PRs go-to logistics under their process.

Required qualifications:
·         University degree in the field of Computer Science, Database Management or in a related discipline is preferable.·         At least 5 years of experience in information management is preferable.

·         Advanced knowledge and experience of working with databases is preferable.

·         Can speak, read and write in English and local languages is essential.

Desired:

·         Basic knowledge of ArcGIS.
