American Refugee Committee Somaliland/Somalia is an International humanitarian organization that has been working in Somaliland/Somalia since 2011, and has a permanent presence in Mogadishu, Kismayo, Dhobley, Puntland, and Hargeisa. ARC has remote operation in Afmadow and some places in Badade district of Lower Juba.

American Refugee Committee are committed to achieving our core vision of caring for the people of concern in all countries where we work. Our goal is to provide vulnerable communities in Somaliland/Somalia with access to basic needs including Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Education, Basic Health services and Livelihood Support.

American Refugee Committee cordially invites Interested and eligible respective logistics companies /vendors with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar works to submit their qoutes for the provision of a monthly vehicle rent service for ARC supported MCHs and MB teams in Maroodijeeh Region and surrounding areas.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Interested Logistics Companies /Contractors/ Vendors with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are here by invited to submit their qoutes in a SEALED envelope, clearly marked with quote reference as mentioned in the above table Provision of Vehicle rental service and be deposited/delivered at ARC International Office in Somaliland. (all Qoutes Must be submitted on ARC scope of work format but on the applying party Letter Head).

All RFQ document is available at our Office in Hargeisa, Ibrahim Koodbuur district – Near Mansoor Area and are obtained at NO fee.

The basic requirements are:

Partial Documents will not be accepted.

Quote envelop should be sealed with the reference and must stamped.

Company Profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address.

Quotation price.

Valid Registration certificates.

Evidence of Past Experience in a similar work (LPOs/Contracts letter etc)

All qoutes should be written in English.

ARC implements zero tolerance on fraud and other proscribed practices and is committed in identifying and addressing all such acts and practices against ARC Rules and Regulations, as well as third party’s involvement in ARC activities. ARC expects its suppliers to adhere to ARC suppliers code of conduct. ARC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigned any reason thereof.

The deadline for submitting the qoutes is on or before August 27th, 2020 at 04:00 Pm and any qoutes or documents received later than this date and time will not be accepted. The sealed envelopes should be dropped at ARC International Tender Box.

Any Inquiry/ details reagrding the work and terms condition can be obtained from ARC on any working day during the office hours before August 27th, 2020.
