ROLE PURPOSE: Cleans office and provides tea/coffee service for staff, guests and meetings; performs other related tasks as required.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Cleans the office every day to the expected standard;
  • Ensures that the cleanliness of the kitchen, kitchenware, toilets, and store and

refrigerator is maintained;

  • Ensures the availability of tissue paper, soap, air refresher and other necessary items in

the toilets;

  • Makes ready tea/coffee for staffs and guests and also during meetings;
  • Ensures proper maintenance and cleanliness of utensils to be used for tea/coffee services;
  • Requests items needed for the preparation of tea/coffee and office cleaning purpose;
  • Assists in interoffice message delivery between departments when requested;
  • Makes sure that unused soft drinks and mineral water from events are returned in the store;
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.

In order to be successful you will bring/have: QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Completion of 8 grade with current educational system
  • 1 year relevant experience
  • Good human relation skill
  • Cleaning skill
