PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT – TENDER NOTICE

The Somali Red Crescent Society (SRCS) is an independent, non-political humanitarian organization that was founded in April 1963 and was established with presidential decree No. 187 in 1965. It was then recognized by the ICRC in 1969 and in the same year became a member of the International Federation of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent societies.

The SRCS has been running three Rehabilitation centres, one of them being the Mogadishu Rehabilitation Centre. The centre, which is located behind former Digfer Hospital, was established in 1982 for the physically disabled persons. Through funding from the Norwegian Red Cross, SRCS in is inviting interested and eligible contractors to perform rehabilitation work at the Mogadishu Rehabilitation Centre consisting of construction of the perimeter wall, and other section of the centre together with renovation works. The tender is divided into 3 Lots.

Lot 1: Demolition of exiting and construction of new perimeter/ boundary wall [A] and Gate

Lot 2: Demolition of exiting and construction of new perimeter/ boundary wall [B] and

laying of interlocking tiles

Lot 3: Construction of New Rectification Room and Renovation of Existing Rectification Room, Workshop Area & Female Gait Training Room

Tender documents containing invitation to tender, instructions to bidders, scope of works, bill of quantity, general & special conditions of the contract etc. for the supplier can be requested by way of email between 17^th September 2020 and 22^nd September 2020 1700Hrs from the below email address.
