INVITATION TO SUBMIT UPGRADE OF BOREHOLE IN DAYNILE AND WARDHIGLEY DISTRICTS; PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF SUBMERSIBLE ELECTRIC PUMP (18-20kw) AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR MODULE AND SUPPORTING STRUCTURE.

ALIGHT former ARC is implementing WASH projects in Mogadishu office targeting IDPs, returnees and the entire population. In reference to this, ALIGHT/ARC invites tender from qualified, registered construction companies for the solar system upgrade as detailed above, the detail description is summarized in accordance with procedures, conditions and contract terms, as specified in this tender documents and the BOQ.

(All tender documents MUST be submitted on company’s letter head and on ALIGHT/ARC template provided as part of the tender documents).

Qualifying and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender process are as follows:

Certificate of Registration with the relevant Government certifying Authority.

Company profile

Official quotation

Good track-record and references from previous clients (similar tasks) with telephone contacts of at least three referees.

Proof of the above must be provided.

Submission of the latest certified bank statement of the applying entity for at least last three months

Tender will be opened thereafter immediately in the presence of procurement committee

Selected Vendor will notify through email after completion of paperwork

Selected vendor will receive his/her service amount after 100% compilation of contract.
