Summary of the Position:

We are looking for HR Consultant to join our team in Mogadishu.

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, support, and review all Human Resource initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems of Waayeel Clients in Mogadishu.
• Manage the recruitment process of staff, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process of our clients in Mogadishu.
• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
• Implement training and development plans of our company and clients

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum seven (2) years of experience in HR Management or Similar Roles.
• Human Resource Certifications is an added advantage.
• Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources Management and team building.
• Must be flexible, willing to perform other duties and work irregular hours.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
