Job Description

Job Title: Professional Mobile Phone Repair Technician

Location: Hargeisa, Somaliland

Job Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

Explain and provide recommendations to customers on their phone issues accordingly

Diagnose and identify mobile phone issues

Run tests, assess functionality, troubleshoot, and fix issues with the smartphones

Replace parts, such as LCD display, charge port, cameras microphone, battery etc.

Chip level repair diagnosis and troubleshooting is an added advantage

FRB, Clould and Network unlocking plus iOS/Android re-installation is preferred

Ensure that all repairs meet DTS quality standards

Work well individually and necessarily with a team and

Maintain a positive work environment

Full-time

Educational Requirements

Professional Diploma/Associate Degree/Bachelors’ Degree in electronics or computer science

Good in English (especially reading comprehension)

Solid knowledge of smartphone repairing, computer fundamentals and internet searching.

Strong technology trend awareness

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of solid experience in cell phone repairing (especially hardware part)

Additional Requirements

Age limit of 20 to 30 years
