Frantz Fanon University is inviting applicants for the post of Academic Affairs Dean.

Job Description

The job of the Academic Affairs Dean will include the following:

Demonstrating understanding and prior experience in the work for the job, or of its kind;

Possessing the requisite intellectual capacity and record to contribute to academic development and management of requires;

Ability to supervise deans, professors, and other staff of academic programs; and

Ability to maintain detailed and accurate academic records of undergraduate and graduate students.

Qualifications for the Post

Preferably a Master’s or Doctoral Degree o; Bachelor’s

Degree with equivalent experience may be considered;

Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and take initiative;

Possessing work ethic, habit of hard work, self-discipline, and honesty;

Ability to work with others with sociability and integrity, serve as a task master, and reward merit;

Models as an implementer and promoter of all university rules, academic regulations, professional ethics.
