PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PERIOD DECEMBER 2020 TO JUNE, 2022 – GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES.

BACKGROUND

Founded in 2013, SADAR Institute is a Somali-led and Somalia-based organization that seeks to building community resilience through humanitarian and developmental transformation in Somalia. SADAR is focused on putting vulnerable communities and smallholder farmers at the center of development agenda by transforming key sectors such as agriculture, societal services and infrastructure. As the agricultural and livestock sector employs majority of Somali people, nearly all of them small-scale farmers, SADAR promotes developing smallholder agriculture to ensuring food security and driving equitable growth across Somalia.

Objective: SADAR would like to prequalify Suppliers and Consultants for the period 2020 to 2022 for provision of Goods, Works and Services.

SADAR intends to prequalify eligible suppliers and service providers to provide various goods, works and services required for the implementation of emergency livelihood interventions in Somalia during the period DECEMBER 2020 TO JUNE 2022.

INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES

SADAR invites potential vendors to submit applications for prequalification of Suppliers and Service Providers for the financial years 2020/2022.

To be eligible, the interested vendors must prove that they qualify to participate in the procurement exercise by providing the requested mandatory documents.

Please note that this call for prequalification does not amount to any contractual obligation on the part of SADAR. SADAR is also NOT obliged to invite any quotations from any of the candidates who have expressed their interest by responding to this invitation.

SADAR has the right to invite quotations, accept or reject any application without giving a reason. Interested eligible bidders are invited to apply for pre-qualification application for the below categories of goods, works or services:

• Applicants MUST be eligible firms/entities
• If an applicant is wishing to apply for more than one category it is mandatory that the applicant submits them separately and in different emails or sealed envelopes with different reference numbers.

• Applicants are responsible for requesting for any clarifications and be made in writing or in electronic forms to procurement@sadarinstitute.so;

• Valid Tax Payment document
• Evidence of Relevant experience,
• Provide Valid bank statement of one year from December 2019 up to December 2020.
• Filled SADAR supplier profile registration form
• Filled SADAR Supplier code of conduct.
