Provision of emergency kit for GBV survivors and those at risk to espouse GBV activity (Women and girls) in Beledweyn town of Hiiran region – Hirshabelle Adminstrtion of Somalia.

Registration certificate:

Valid relevant registration from Regional administration Or Federal Govement relevant ministries.

Registration from the ministry of Health of Federal/Hirshabelle

Phsical Presence/warehouse : The company must have an operational Office in Baledwayn and Other Offices in Somalia, particulary Hirshabele.

Experience: Related experience in similar services over the last 2-3 years. Attach any support documents concerned this service.

Companies Bank statement: from 1^st  Feb 2020 to Jan 31,2021.

Updated company profile with organogram and very detailed Company address.

The bids shall be submitted by 8^th Feb 2021 at 4:00pm and shall be valid for 60 days from the date of closure. Tender documents are available for collection at: Relief International Office, Beledweyne Nuux-xawaad village in DRC Beledweyne Office. In return of the the documents, please address via mail through: tender.Somalia@ri.org latest by 8th February 2021 at 4:00 pm.

Late bids shall be rejected and no liability will be accepted for loss, late delivery or non-delivery, whatsoever.
