Background

The Somalia Stability Fund (SSF) is a multi-donor fund working towards a peaceful, secure, and stable Somalia.

SSF invites eligible and qualified entities (“Bidders”) to submit proposals in response to this RFP for the Provision of Consultant Services for Risks, challenges and opportunities of sub-national democratisation in Somalia (Ref #: SSFMR-039-C01)

Responses to clarification questions will be uploaded no later than, Wednesday 10 March 2021 at 1700 HRS (EAT) and accessed through the same OneDrive link with the RFP Package: 

A vendors’ conference will be held virtually after publication of the responses to clarification questions. Meeting details are provided under ITC 1.4

The Technical and Financial proposals will need to be submitted separately in electronic form by Thursday 18 March 2021 at 2330 HRS (EAT). The proposals shall be submitted separately to the following addresses:
