Zamzam Foundation is a humanitarian and development charity founded in Mogadishu, Somalia in 1992 to serve the most vulnerable members of society at a time of severe crisis
A non-governmental and not-for profit organization, Zamzam established itself in the heart of the humanitarian emergency that followed the outbreak of the civil war in Somalia in 1991. Since then, we have grown to become the largest national humanitarian and development organization in Somalia with nearly three decades of experience providing relief and support services to those most affected by the joint forces of war and famine.
Position: Assistant Manager (full time)
Contract Length: One Year can be extended based on funding availability
Location: Mogadishu
Administrative Assistant: managing and distributing information within the office, also working teaching, supervision and maintain directly with students and their fillies. .
Job Responsibilities
- Making plans and monitoring their implementation.
- Supervision and guiding.
- Setting models for follow-up and evaluation.
- Develop monthly plans to implement the training program for the first year
- Supervision and participation in program activities
- Do the monthly & annual reports for the progress of the program.
- Managing the program accounts in social media & the website.
- Archiving program data
- Planning & attending work team meetings, workshops and participating in every program.
- Dealing directly with students and parents.
- Participate in solving problems and obstacles that may face the program.

Job Working Conditions
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree holder Education, Business Administration in he or other related functional area is desirable. Priority is given those who have design and graphic skills
Priority is given those who are proficient in using social media Have good commend in report writing
Proficiency with computer, especially MS office, excel and diagnostic scientific software. Excellent spoken and communication in Arabic and English and interpersonal skills
Working experiences 5 years in related field
