ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – QETC EDUCATION AND TRAINING CONSULTANCY (QETC)

SCOPE OF ROLE:

Reports to: Manager of the Office

ROLE PURPOSE and Duties:

• Counseling Potential applicants.
• Answering queries of the potential applicants.
• Convincing and closing potential applicants
• Organizing and maintaining admission and visa documents of the applicants.
• Follow up of the admission and visa applications.
• Maintaining and updating company databases.
• Scheduling appointments of the high-level visitors and guests.
• Other tasks and duties assigned by the manager of the office.
