Main tasks 


Insurance Oversight Operations, Marketting and Reporting 

·       Produces daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting including team production

·       Analyzes data and performs any required reconciliation of discrepancies related to acquisition and origination activities

·       Partner with Corporate MIS and Insurance reporting to develop and refine control and production reporting and dashboards

·       Performs QA of work completed by oversight analysts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

·       Responsible for overseeing any changes related to regulatory updates within procedures, processes, and policy

·       Participate in cross functional projects on behalf of Insurance included review of business requirement documents (BRDs), user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities. Examples may include vendor onboarding/deboarding, Origination data conversion and flow through and servicing training program

·       Business support – MSP scripts, process improvements, policies and procedures and letter updates.

·       Maintain required policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracyCollaborate with business partners and vendors as needed on projects and process improvement initiatives

·       anaging workflow items for direct reports and ensure completion of MSP tasks, Customer Service tasks, Exception Reports, Vendor requests etc.

·       Monitoring staffing levels and approving/denying PTO requests

·       Assist staff with escalated files

·       Respond to complaints, notices of error, and requests for information from borrowers

·       Providing coaching feedback for employee performance

·       Identify career goals for staff and address performance issues as needed

·       Manager is not accountable for managing a direct expense budget: Coaches team related to cost effective spending within the business unit.

·       Drive B2B marketing strategy working through to execution

·       End to end management of a variety of campaigns including brand focused campaigns, digital campaigns and content generation

·       Management of a variety of marketing collateral including presentations, sales collateral and general marketing materials

·       Drive engagement by developing and implementing content and messaging for campaigns both online and offline

·       Work closely with the business’s broker network in the execution of their marketing activity

Job Requirements: 


  • Bachelor’s Degree with field of study in Business, Finance or related field preferred
  • Proven experience working with intermediary channels or a broker or franchise structure – this is mandatory for this role
  • Strong B2B marketing experience
  • Proven experience driving strategy for B2B marketing in addition to executing
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst working collaboratively with various teams across the business
  • Proven project management experience along with strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Analytical and problem solving capability
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a flexible environment
  • Demonstrated leadership abilit
