Position of CFO

The position of Chief Financial and/or a Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.

The needs for the following position are:-

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role in the field of manufacturing product.
• On the CFO front the candidate will hold a relevant degree from and be a qualified accountant. The candidate will demonstrate strong commercial knowledge & general management experience, along with production, administration and finance, and commercial.

∎ The following Requirement are necessary

• excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts
• Designing and implementing financial strategies, plans and procedures
• Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives (Production, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
• Managing a team of Junior Accountant or Bookkeeper.

    The following will be his Responsibilities

• Design and implement financial plans and procedures
• Implement monthly budgeting, reporting and auditing.
• Review financial reports and make the recommendation for ways to reduce cost, or strategies that work to minimize
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Marketing & Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Management), and also according to the Management of Production
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations like: “cash close for each agency, all expenses including Petty cash &cheque, all sales and account receivable of each agency, account payable & payment request”
• Collecting, interpreting and reporting financial information (as per agency profitability, account receivable/sales) and financial reports related to budgets, account payable, cost of goods, profit/loss, cash management & bank reconciliation.
• Get reports of Production goods to estimate the cost of goods on the base of weekly production against
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors
