Berbera Cement Company Is A Limited Liability Company Owned By Somaliland Business Companies, Almost 60 Companies From Somaliland Are Part Of This Company, Their main aim is to build a brand new plant in a place adjacent to the old factory, We Have Completed All The Necessary Research And Now Berbera Cement Company decided to Construct a new Plant With a 2000 Tpd Cement And 1500 Tpd Clinker Capacity..

For The Past Few Years, The Project Sponsors Have Been Researching The Viability Of Building A Cement Factory In Berbera. Our Main Goal Is To Construct A Modern Cement Plant Around The Site Of The Previous Berbera Cement Plant. This Year, We Want To Start The Project As Soon As Possible, Therefore We Are Presently In The First Round Of Looking For Key Personnel Who Will Work On It Directly.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

ü Responsible For The Commercial Activities For The Cement Project

Execution Procurement Coordination, Shipping, Logistics, Insurance,

• Responsible For On-Time Delivery Of Equipment, Services & Raw Materials.
• Monitor The Budget Discipline Of Plant From Commercial Functioning Point.
• Responsible For Planning And Directing The Commercial Team Wise The Plant Commercial Heads To Deliver The Equipment As Per The Project Escalation And Advancement Requirements.
• Responsible For Coordinating The Logistics Of Equipment, Clearing & Forwarding Etc.
• -Responsible For Raw Materials Like Gypsum & Packing Bags, And Coal From Port To Plant Or Local.
• Responsible For Planning And Inventory Control Of Equipment & Project Items.
• Raw Material Purchase Coordination And Inventory Cost.
• Responsible For All Commercial Contracts Pertaining To The Cement Business.
• To Procure Spares Including Insurance Spares For All The Plants.
• Project Planning, Estimation, And Execution Of Logistics To Cement Plant.
• Project Planning Resource Management
• Vendor Development
• Contract Management
• Erection Commissioning
• Maintenance Management
• EHS Factory
• Engineering Mining
• Quality Management Process Control Process Optimization Steel
• Planned Preventative Maintenance Cement Experience: Minimum 25 Years
