For The Past Few Years, The Project Sponsors Have Been Researching The Viability Of Building A Cement Factory In Berbera. Our Main Goal Is To Construct A Modern Cement Plant Around The Site Of The Previous Berbera Cement Plant. This Year, We Want To Start The Project As Soon As Possible, Therefore We Are Presently In The First Round Of Looking For Key Personnel Who Will Work On It Directly.

He Will Assist Berbera Cement In Addressing Business-Related Legal Situations. His Responsibilities Also Include Reviewing Business Acquisitions, Reading And Rewriting Contracts, Maintaining Steering

Committee Board Resolution Choices, And Advocating For His Clients In Court.

Responsibilities

• Provide Legal Advice To Berbera Cement Officials And Management
• Writing Commercial Reports
• Manage All Legal Operations And Procedures
• Execute Necessary And Precautions Measures In Order To Protect Company From Any Legal Risks
• Negotiate And Coordinate Business Transactions
• Provide Utmost Confidentiality In All Business-Related Matters
• Manage Different Types Of Contracts, Legal Reports And Supporting Documentation
