Construction Engineer – Somali Regional State of Ethiopia

Job Description

Purpose:

To ensure accurate valuation of property reflecting true market value of property and governed by internal valuation guidelines, and to ensure timely response to requests of the Bank’s loan customers in relation to valuation of property that they have pledge for collateral and/or foreclosure purposes.

To ensure conducive physical office environment and timely commencement of branch operations by designing appropriate office layouts for timely renovation of office buildings and structures. The position is also responsible for ensuring cost effective use of the Bank’s buildings through carrying out preventive maintenance, and designing accurate specification and bill of quantities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Master’s degree in Engineering or any business related field would be desirable.
With Master’s Degree – Six (6) years of relevant experience of which two (2) years should be in a supervisory position,

With Bachelor’s Degree – Eight (8) years of relevant experience of which two (2) years should be in a supervisory position. Specialist experience in engineering in the banking sector
