Aleen Creative Solutions (ACS) Is public relations, Communications and advocacy solution company established to help institutions to widely reach and deliver ideas and messages to their intended audience and overcome challenges.

Across Horn of Africa, mainly in Somaliland, Somalia and Ethiopia, Aleen Creative Solutions implements different creative program for both humanitarian and development organizations as well as governments. We implement campaigns, provide PR solutions, develop Communication Strategies, produce high quality creative content, provide resourceful trainings and build evidence-based advocacy and influencing initiatives.

Purpose:

The overall objective of Creative Coordinator role is to lead and coordinate the implementation of the different creative programs run by Aleen Creative Solutions Co. Specifically this person will work with ACS’s production team, campaigners, media partners, clients and government officials.

Major Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage clients INGO’s, UN, Government and private sector to ensure quality service is provided on time.
• Communicate and oversee all service requests from Aleen Creative Client’s and coordinate activity implementation in Somaliland and Somalia
• Coordinate and manage Production team visits and ensure smooth content gathering field work.
• Prepare and execute program implementation plan on weekly, month and quarterly bases.
• Develop production Storyboards and scripts based on client’s campaign/media objectives.
• Produce month, quarterly and annual program reports.
• Build strong and professional relationship between ACS and its clients
• Contribute in business development stages including proposal development and program designs.
• Manage production team and ensure smooth and onetime service delivery
• Prepare budget forecast for the creative programs and ensure implantation per plan.
