Position Title: Credit Manager

Location: Mogadishu-Somalia

Responsibilities

Appraise /underwrite the loan.

Manage the entire credit application process, right from login to disbursement.

Manage quality of portfolio.

Manage post disbursement documents and partly disbursed cases.

Co-ordinate with legal, technical, FI and Risk Containment Unit agency for processing the file.

Management of the organization’s credits and accounts receivable

Analysis and preparation of reports about credits

Optimization of credit management processes

Administration of customer credit files

Responsible for credit monitoring of consumer lending relationships.

Negotiate repayment plans or take legal action to recover debts if necessary.

Manage credit operations including application, approval, and collection.

Required Experience:

3 – 5 years of work experience in Commercial Banking, with at least 2 years in a senior position with responsibility for Management of the organization’s credits and accounts receivable

Required Qualifications:

Degree in business administration, finance, business law or any other related field

At best, practical experience in a similar position

High result- and detail-orientation

Good communication skills

Ability to work precisely under pressure.
