Job Description

Horyal Hospital is a new private Hospital based in Burao, the second city of Somaliland, and planned to provide an efficient and effective service to Burao Citizens and nearby cities and towns.

The Hospital is well equipped in all departments such as Radiology, Laboratory, Operation Theatre, OPD, and IPD departments and managed by a qualified and well Experienced Hospital Administration team.

Horyal Hospital expected to become an excellent medical Centre in the area. The Candidate has a chance to become the head of the relevant department and will be given a satisfactory salary.

Position: 1 Position

General Duties:

Responsible for the care and handling of all surgical instruments, sterile stock, linen, supplies and equipment in line with competencies.

Performs all duties in accordance with position description & CSSD Technician Competencies

Initiates and maintains effective communication lines and teamwork/collaboration within    the Operating Suite & CSSD

Maintains a safe clean environment using only authorized cleaning products and adheres to the principles of infection control

Promotes & adheres to Occupational Health & Safety Policies & Procedures

Any other tasks assigned to you by your supervisor that you are capable to perform.

Participates as a team member promoting and contributing to a supportive team environment

CSSD Technician responsible for the cleaning, assembly, inspection, wrapping and sterilisation of surgical instruments and perioperative services and and tasks associated with the end-to-end sterilisation process.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements: The Horyaal Hospital requires to hire a qualified CSSD with BSc degree and at least a 2 years of experience
